Long-Term Stay Policies

Updated September 29, 2026

Eligibility and insurance

All trailers, motorhomes, park model RVs, and other recreational vehicles less than 20 years old, in proper working order, and certified by the Recreational Vehicle Industry of America will be considered for placement on a campsite.

All RVs must be currently registered with the state in which they are titled and display a current registration sticker.

The camper must maintain liability and casualty insurance covering the campsite and camping unit.

Fees and temporary occupancy

Campers are responsible for all charges, fees, or taxes assessed against the campsite, camping unit, or campground because of any action or omission by the campers.

All camping fees must be paid on time. Fees not paid within three days of the due date will automatically be charged to the card on file. If the card is declined and fees remain unpaid, the campers and all personal property must leave the premises within 24 hours.

The campground is not a residence or leasehold of any kind. It is a place of transient, temporary recreational occupancy. Discounted monthly camping fees apply when staying for a calendar month and are based on the daily rate. If extra days are desired, the daily or weekly rate will be used.

Camper mail may be forwarded to the campground as a temporary address using the camper’s name and campsite number in care of Apple Creek Campground.

Campsite use and reservations

This contract may not be assigned to another person. Campers may not list the camping unit or campsite on a sharing site such as RVshare, Outdoorsy, Airbnb, VRBO, or another service or advertising forum. Listing a campsite or camping unit on a sharing site, or selling the unit, constitutes voluntary termination of this agreement.

Monthly campsites may have only one RV camping unit. No additional sleeping tent or vehicle is allowed on a campsite with a camping unit.

Campers must keep the campsite free of litter and debris and maintain all personal property on the campsite. The campground may direct campers to remove any personal property that, in the campground’s sole discretion, is inconsistent with the best interests of the campground.

Campers may not solicit other campers for any purpose.

Campsites may be reserved for the following season one year ahead of time. After August 1, if a campsite has not been reserved by the current occupant, it will be available for someone else to reserve.
